What may a typical engagement include?

Depending on scope, an engagement may include an initial consultation, document review, remote or on-site assessment, recommendations, program or SOP development, training and follow-up review. The written proposal identifies the work and deliverables included.

How is project duration determined?

Timing depends on the number and type of locations, the condition of existing documents, interviews or site work required, deliverable complexity and scheduling. The expected timeline is set out in the proposal.

How are fees and proposals determined?

Fees are quoted against an agreed scope, including locations, review depth, deliverables, travel and implementation support. DP Bio provides a written proposal before work begins.

What can be completed remotely?

Initial consultation, document and SOP review, record sampling, stakeholder interviews, program drafting and some training can often be completed remotely.

When is an on-site visit useful?

An on-site visit is useful when layout, movement, shared spaces, equipment or team handoffs need to be observed in context. Whether it is included is agreed during scoping.

What should a client prepare?

Useful materials may include current SOPs, schedules, logs, training materials, a location list or floor plan where relevant, known concerns, responsible roles and applicable internal requirements.

Can DP Bio support multiple locations?

Yes. A multi-site engagement can establish a shared baseline while recording site-specific conditions, responsibilities and priorities. Scope and sequencing are confirmed in the proposal.

How is client information handled?

Client information is used for project evaluation and service communication, is not made public without authorization, and is handled under the agreed project terms. An NDA can be considered when appropriate.

Does DP Bio provide certification or compliance approval?

No. DP Bio provides independent advisory review. Its work is not a government approval, regulatory inspection, third-party certification or legal opinion, and clients remain responsible for applicable requirements.

How is DP Bio different from a cleaning contractor or product supplier?

DP Bio does not provide cleaning crews or sell disinfectants. It helps clients assess risk, develop programs and SOPs, train teams and review implementation; the client and its service providers remain responsible for day-to-day operations.
